Every person who starts a collaboration with BACKDRAFT MUSIC is supposed to have read and accepted the below mentioned terms.
Minimum age requested is 10 years old
All minor must obtain the writtent agreement of a parent or tutor
All lessons are given in french (and / or english for the voice lessons)
Terms of payment
Once the appointment is confirmed by BACKDRAFT :
The lessons should be paid by bank transfer or Paypal at least one day in advance. On agreement the amount can be paid in cash (thanks for providing the accurate amount) before the lesson starts.
For Skype lessons, the amount should be wired minimum 5 business days before the online appointment (by bank transfer or Paypal). You'll be sent the payment request by e-mail.
The total amount for subscription cards should appear on our bank account or Paypal at least one day before the first lesson. In return, you'll receive the card for X-lessons to be taken in a definite extension of time. (*)
The total amount for a Gift Coupon should be paid within 8 days from your order. From receipt, you'll receive the coupon by post. This one is valid for one year.
(*) Validity of the subscription cards:
4 lessons card (montly) > valid 2 months
8 lessons card (bimonthly) > valid 3 months
12 lessons card (quarterly) > valid 4 months
24 lessons card (biannual) > valid 8 months
Billing
All demand for billing has to be done in advance.
Cancellation terms
Once the appointment is confirmed by BACKDRAFT :
Any appointment should be cancelled minimum 24 hours in advance, whether by e-mail, phone or sms text. If not, the lesson will be paid and lost unless we get a valid sick note within the 5 upcoming business days that follow the cancellation.
The lessons by subscription card pursue the same rules, that to say in case of cancellation, inform by e-mail, phone or sms text minimum 24 hours in advance, if not the lesson will be indicated as "performed" on your card, unless we get a valid sick note within the 5 upcoming business days that follow the cancellation.
In case of resignation, the lessons left-over on your card are not refundable. If the validity of a card is outdated, the lessons left-over will likewise be lost and are not refundable. Subsciption cards are nominative and can't be exchanged with someone else.
Gift Coupons are valid for one year from the purchasing date. Once outdated, the coupon will be lost and not refundable. These Coupons can't be ransomed.
